Full Time Tennis Coach Required for Aug/Sep 2020 (hopefully!)
WimX Tennis is looking for a coach to work across all our programs and to take a lead role in a specific age group. WimX Tennis works out of several venues and this role would likely include work at The Connaught Club plus one or two other venues.
This role will provide the opportunity to experience the many different types of tennis coaching out there. It includes a mentored program which would ideally suit either a young coach eager to learn and trying to decide which direction they wish their career to take as well or could be tailored to suit a more experienced coach.
It is essential that the new coach can work as part of a team and for the good of the environments in which he/she is working. We are looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm who is looking to grow as an individual and to grow the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be confident in running mini tennis groups, have a high playing standard and hold at least a Level 3 qualification, although we will consider anyone working towards this. The rate of pay will be set based on the individual’s experience and will increase as the coach develops.
Strong administrative skills is a must and a driving license preferred.
